We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 for orders under $100 to Australia residents.
Pick up is available in 3106 & 3088 suburbs.

If for any reason, there is an issue with your order we will contact you immediately by phone or email. We ask that you provide accurate information to facilitate the order and delivery.
- Due to the nature of our products, our products are final sale and not eligible for returns. This includes gift bundles, sale items, limited/seasonal products and products in our Bath & Body collection.
- You can always contact us for any return questions at hello@mylkandbutter.co
- We only offer refunds under certain circumstances. We will issue you a refund if your order or situation qualifies. If your order qualifies, please email us with evidence of missing or damage product and we will provide you return details.

- If upon receiving your order the product/s are damaged, please provide photos within 3 days of receiving at hello@mylkandbutter.co with your order number and address.
- We will refund or provide you with an exchange inclusive of shipping.
- You do not need to send the product(s) back to us.
- If you have chosen a refund, payment will be processed back to the card or method of payment you used when you placed your order.
- Credits & Returns will be processed within 7 business days.

Our our products are certified vegan where each individual ingredient goes through strict process to ensure they are not tested on animals or contains any animal derivates.
Our ingredients are 100% GMO-free and are either sustainably wild-harvested and/or organically sourced where possible.

We never use any synthetic fillers or colours in any of our products and are naturally free from GMO's, EDTA, Sodium Lauryl Sulphate, silicone, PEG, polysorbates, sodium benzoate, formaldehyde, parabens, pthalates and mineral oils.
All scents derive naturally from our beautiful 100% pure essential oils.
Our mica are all ethically-sourced and strictly tested for heavy metals in our tinted cheek & lip cremes.

Our products have an average of 12 months shelf life from when you purchase.
We recommend using our products within 6-9 months of opening to experience it at its optimum potency. We handcraft them in small batches to ensure freshness of each product.

Yes, our products are formulated for all skin types including sensitive skin. Please contact us if you are unsure what is best for you.
If you or your child are allergic or highly sensitive to a specific ingredient in our bath & body products, it would be best to consult your health practitioner before purchasing.

If you have very sensitive skin and have any concerns with using our products, please do a patch test beforehand by choosing a clean area of skin such as inside your elbow or behind your knee & apply a small amount of the product onto your skin. Wait for 24 hours to check and see if there are any reactions before use.
Generally, if you skin has previously reacted severely with various products, it is best to use one product for a week and see how your skin reacts to it as well as give it time to adjust to the addition of new products into your skincare ritual.
