Shipping:

  • During promotional periods such as Black Friday & Christmas, processing times may be delayed by up to 2 business days. 
  • Free shipping for orders over $99 within Australia only. We reserve the right to end or change this free shipping offer at any time.
  • We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 for orders under $100 to Australia residents.
  • Pick up is available in 3106 & 3088 suburbs.
  • You will receive an order confirmation from us and we aim to process and dispatch orders within 3-5 business days, except for sale, promotions periods, on public holidays or during festive seasons.
  • Estimated delivery times from Melbourne, VIC. Please note that we are not able to  guarantees on behalf of Sendle & Australia Post.

    Q: Can I Track My Order?

    A: Yes, you will be sent a tracking number when your products have been picked up. If you do not receive a tracking number please contact us at orders@mylkandbutter.co.

    Refund:

    If for any reason, there is an issue with your order we will contact you immediately by phone or email. We ask that you provide accurate information to facilitate the order and delivery. 

    • Due to the nature of our products, our products are final sale and not eligible for returns. This includes gift bundles, sale items, limited/seasonal products and products in our Bath & Body collection.
    • You can always contact us for any return questions at orders@mylkandbutter.co.
    • We only offer refunds under certain circumstances. We will issue you a refund if your order or situation qualifies. If your order qualifies, please return your product to:

      • We will refund you for the total cost of product(s) minus shipping fee. You do not need to send the product(s) back to us. Your refund will be processed back to the card or method of payment you used when you placed your order. 
      • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee your order reaches us. Credits & Returns will be processed within 7 business days.  

      Change of Mind, Damages and Issues:

      • Please choose your products carefully as we unfortunately are not able to accept a change of mind with orders, however if upon inspection, you believe the product(s) is faulty or damaged, or have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of product(s) so we can resolve this. 
      • If any product(s) is damaged or broken during transit, please email us at orders@mylkandbutter.co.Your item(s) will be replaced and/or a store credit will be given to you within 7 business days.
