Ritual
- Use Sacred Heart body oil as part of you self-care ritual. Massage a few drops onto skin or into the palm of your hands, take a few deep breaths and slowly exhale.
- Ideal for massage, for meditation and yoga, or to use as a bath oil by placing 3-5 drops into the bath.
