• As a body & massage oil, apply a few droppers into hand or directly onto desired area.

Our Tip: We love to wear it as a perfume as well or use it to nourish the ends of your hair with a few drops onto wet hair and blow dry as usual.

Dry Brushing (Optional): Before applying oil, you can use a dry brush to gently exfoliate the skin, boosting circulation and promoting the flow of energy (prana).

Massage with Gentle, Long Strokes: Apply the warm oil to the body using long, sweeping strokes, starting from your feet and working upward towards the heart to encourage lymphatic flow.
