Sound Massage & Private Sound Bath Experiences

Peter Hess® Sound Massage

Rooted in ancient traditions and refined by decades of modern research, the Peter Hess® Sound Massage is an internationally recognised approach in therapeutic sound, offering a soothing and deeply nurturing & restorative experience designed to help you release stress, quiet the mind, and restore inner balance.

What is a Sound Massage?

Unlike a traditional massage that relies heavily on physical manipulation, a sound massage uses harmonious sound vibrations. During a session, you lie comfortably on a massage table while specially crafted, therapeutic-grade Peter Hess singing bowls are gently placed on or around your fully clothed body.

As these instruments are softly activated, their sound waves and subtle vibrations penetrate deep into your cells and tissues. This gentle resonance encourages your brainwaves to slow down, balancing the left and right hemispheres of the brain while coaxing your nervous system out of a "fight or flight" response and into deep rest.

Why Experience a Sound Massage?

In a fast-paced world, sound massage offers a rare opportunity to pause, turn inward, and support your body's natural capacity to heal. Because the method follows a "less-is-more" approach rooted in mindfulness, it is an ideal option for those who may not enjoy traditional massage.

Drawn from the ancient Vedantic philosophy of Nada Brahma—the belief that the world is born from sound—sound and vibration remind us that everything in life moves in a unified rhythm. The frequencies of the therapeutic sound bowls guides us inward toward our natural state of inner balance.
